The Mississauga mayor has committed to pushing for producing masks companies that were compulsory.
The Mississauga mayor Bonnie Crombie Brown, issued a joint statement Monday, June 29, pledging they would work with local health officials to “explore how they can best advance the international sporting of non-masks and face coverings inside companies and other indoor places where the public gathers.”
This order would fall under Section 22 Of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, which makes it possible for a medical officer of health to issue an order to restrict the spread of disease.

Peel Public Health recommends wearing a mask in the circumstances.
The mayors agreed to request the state make masks in Big cities in indoor public settings with”appropriate exemptions for age and health.”
The announcement comes after the was dismissed by Premier Doug Ford Idea of a mask that is the compulsory rule throughout the state at a Friday, June 26 news conference.
He said mask-wearing encouraged, but said making them would be unenforceable.
“If the neighborhood, the mayors and everybody want to do that, excellent luck to them,” Ford said at the news conference.
The two Mississauga and Brampton have made masks on transit July 2 beginning.
